We are currently in the planning phase for a 7,950 square foot interior renovation of ARI of Stamford, a respected nonprofit organization that provides services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

This project will focus on modernizing the existing facility to create a more functional, accessible, and welcoming environment for staff and program participants. Planned improvements include selective interior demolition, upgraded MEP systems, ADA-compliant restrooms, energy-efficient lighting, new flooring, and finishes designed to enhance comfort and usability.

We are working closely with Kings Capital Construction & ARI team and design professionals to ensure that the renovation aligns with their mission while maintaining operational continuity throughout the project timeline.
